Customer Verifier Required For Call Center

Description

We need a Customer Verifier for our call center whose responsibilities will be the following.

Job Description

1. To attend live call transfers from agents of our various offices.

2. Guide customer about products and services according to our given guidelines.

3. To verify that the customer is a valid customer according to our system meaning customer is not internally duplicated or blacklisted.

4. If the customer passes step 2 and step 3, then transfer Customer to our client.

Skills Required

1. Excellent communication skills at English language.

2. Relevant call center experience is mandatory.

3. Should be a quick learner and able to work on different projects simultaneously.

4. Fresh candidates will not be entertained for this position.

Salary and Remunerations

1. Fixed salary of PKR 30,000 plus commission per Successful call will be paid.

2. A PKR 40 bonus will be paid against each successful transfer that becomes a payable lead against our client.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs30,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
